Adebowale Okunrinboye, MPH, PMP is a PHI/CDC Global Health HIV Prevention Fellow with CDC Cameroon team. He earned a Master’s in Public Health from Tennessee State University and is a Certified Project Management Professional. Adebowale has previously worked for 4 years as a program officer at the HIV/AIDS control agency in Nigeria where he supported strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of World Bank funded HPDP II project. As an intern at Tennessee Kidney Foundation, he worked on various programs such as Kidney Awareness Risk Evaluation, where he analyzed the association of known risk factors and CKD detection. Adebowale is passionate about evidence based disease prevention, monitoring and evaluation as well as using surveillance data to describe, diagnose and predict population health outcomes.
