Ariana Paredes-Vincent, MPH, is a PHI/CDC Global Health Monitor and Evaluation Fellow for CDC in South Africa working in the Strategic Information Branch, Data Analytics Team. She earned her Master of Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Education and her Bachelor of Arts in Global Health from the University of Michigan. Ariana has worked in sexual health program evaluation and research in India, Senegal, Guatemala and the US, and is excited to continue her work at CDC South Africa. She brings experience in HIV prevention, particularly among key populations, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and data visualization. A few fun facts about Ariana: she is Peruvian-American, speaks Spanish and French, loves biking, and is hoping to learn how to rock climb this year!
