Christina Braccio, MPH is a PHI/CDC Global Health Surveillance Fellow with the Division for Global HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis for CDC Malawi. She holds a Master of Public Health with a specialization in Global Health from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health. In addition, she has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Boston University. Prior to her fellowship, Christina worked as an Evaluation Assistant for CDC in Atlanta, Georgia, supporting the Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity Cooperative Agreement in the Division of Preparedness and Emerging Infections. Along with her work for CDC, Christina worked as a Health Extension Agent for Peace Corps Senegal and was a Graduate Research Assistant for several years. She speaks Wolof and French.
