Paulah Wheeler, MPH is a PHI/CDC Program Management Fellow for CDC South Africa’s Laboratory Branch in the HIV rapid test quality improvement program. Paulah holds experience in public health program implementation throughout Africa and Asia. After graduating with her MPH in Health Policy & Management from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health in 2016, Paulah worked on an HIV research program in Rwanda and Zambia, and a public health management and leadership training program in Kenya, Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Nigeria. She has a passion for health equity and eliminating racial health disparities both at home and abroad, and co-founded a social justice organization to address these issues.
